RENFORCEMENT DE LA MOBILITÉ DES CADRES : UN GESTE FORT DE LA DIRECTION GENERALE DE THIERMAR COMPANY SARL.

Dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue des conditions de travail et du renforcement de la performance au sein de l'entreprise THIERMAR, le Directeur Général Monsieur Thierry MONGA a posé un geste significatif.

En dotant tous les hauts cadres des véhicules neufs (00 Km).

Cette initiative témoigne de sa vision positive; de sa détermination à promouvoir l'excellence ainsi que de sa volonté de voir l'entreprise progresser vers des horizons encore plus ambitieux.

Les cadres bénéficiaires de cette dotation sont :

On the second day of the DRC MINING WEEK, Thiermar stand was motivated by the viist from responsible personnels of the mines.

The first visit was from the General Director of KCC Mr Mark DAVIS and his vice Mr John MUAMBA also with Mr Yannick MAKOLA who were so grateful with the presentation and they did encourage our team to keep up with works and uphold the standards of GLENCORE.

The first day of the DRC MINING, THIERMAR COMPANY the Gold Sponsor of DRC MINING WEEK was motivated by the visit form the dignified individuals such as the Governor for Katanga his Excellence KYABULA KATWE Jacques who was happy with the presentation of Thiermar and how is working and contributing in the mining industry.

Second visit was the visit by the Director of ARSP Mr KATEMB KASHAL Miguel who is happy with the presentation of the local companies and how the mines are supporting the local companies.

The other visits were from Mr YANNICK MAKOLA and Guillaume KALENGA among the high responsibility personnels for KCC SA.

Other visit was from our partner from TATA MOTORS who supplies us with buses.

Other visit was from NAIPU MINING from CHINA and based in Zambia.
