Our CNC plasma table sure does come in handy for fixes like this where a crucial component in a key piece of harvest equipment has crumpled.

This has been an all hands on deck kind of project to get it done and out before the combine starts rolling.

I had a memory pop up today of one of the first projects we cut with our first plasma table and I couldnt believe the difference to today.

We have learned so much in the past two years since getting that first plasma table. We thought it was the coolest thing and weren't bothered at all by how slow it was... because we didnt know what we didnt know.

We are constantly learning new things and improving - and thats one of our favorite things about business.

No replacement kit? No problem.

This EGR cooler on a combine failed, and there wasn't an "off the shelf" fix available.

So we machined custom 5/8" plugs and TIG welded them into the exhaust manifold with ENi55 nickel rod.

Sometimes the best part isn't on the shelf - it's made in our shop. 💪
