Today we decided to try out a new apprentice! I'm pretty impressed, he was able to get the furnace running, and the customer was so happy, she sent us on our way with Christmas baking!

Look at all that nasty poplar fluff! It sure has been a bad year for condenser coils! All this fluff and dirt make it hard for the system to work properly.

Don't forget to check your coil, and if it's dirty, call us, we can explain how to clean yours, or we can do it for you!

This is the plug in & cord end that is for a commercial steamer.

This plug got so hot that it melted and actually started on fire, while not tripping the breaker.

Moral of the story is, keep your equipment clean, operational, and properly maintained to avoid stuff like this

Here's a quick week in review for Stannard HVAC! We had an awesome week, with lots of service calls, 3 installs, and a compressor replacement on a 30' display cooler for a grocery store!

I gotta say, I'm very happy with both of the Samsung heat pump installs we did this week, Jay, Shain, and Dusty knocked them out of the park!

Just wanted to give a shout out to 2 of our techs today! Jay Mack and Shain Jardine!

The pictures show how the guys set up our vacuum pump, and then our final vacuum.

We're very picky on how this is done, and it shows, the industry standard for vacuum is 500 microns, and as a company all new installs need to go down to 200 microns, here we see the guys hit an amazing 41 microns. This means we guarantee no leaks, and the system will have a long trouble free life!
