A cover for a cover!

This customer’s hot tub cover has been replaced multiple times from bears getting into it, so we built an aluminum cover to help keep them out.

The sheet was bent around to follow the shape of the existing cover and finished off with stainless hardware to hold everything down.

Hopefully this keeps the pesky bears away for good.

Salt water bilge manifold made with all 316 stainless steel. Performed a hydrostatic test and held pressure. This one will definitely outlast the aluminum manifold that was there before!

Stainless handrailing project wrapped up.

This one was a meticulous install with a lot of small details, but it came together clean in the end. Fully custom stainless railings built to suit the space.

Bent engine guard replaced and extended for better clearance over the outboards.

Also added hoops to keep the bailing hose secure and accessible for this search and rescue boat.
