Mint green tile and a cast iron tub — straight out of the 1920s.

We gutted it completely. The old bathtub, penny tile floor, and mint ceramic walls were replaced with large-format marble porcelain throughout, a custom pentagon frameless glass shower, matte black fixtures, rain head, dark shaker vanity with quartz countertop, and a smart toilet. Same small footprint, but it feels like an entirely different space.
This is what happens when a century-old bathroom finally gets the renovation it's been waiting decades for.

A century-old Victorian home in Midtown Toronto and every room told its age.

We touched every corner of this house. New ensuite bathroom added from scratch, existing bathroom fully renovated, a new powder room carved out of unused space, original hardwood flooring replaced throughout, kitchen transformed with navy shaker cabinetry and marble porcelain tile, and every wall freshly painted to bring light and life back into the home. Nothing was left untouched.

A 100-year-old kitchen that hadn't been touched in decades. And it showed.

Checkerboard vinyl floors, dated white cabinets, coil cooktop, and a hanging lamp that belonged in another era. We stripped it back and rebuilt it into something the home had never seen before. Navy shaker cabinetry floor to ceiling, large-format marble porcelain tile, white quartz countertops with a waterfall edge, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting throughout. Same footprint, completely different feeling.

When every bathroom in the house is built to the same standard, that's not a renovation; that's a transformation.

We completed all bathrooms inside this house in Midtown Toronto with a consistent finish package throughout: espresso floating vanities with brushed gold hardware, frameless glass corner showers, ceiling-mount rain heads with hand shower, marble-look porcelain wall tile, mosaic stone shower floors, and large-format grey porcelain floor tile. This is the story of an old bungalow Toronto.

We took a dated single-storey bungalow in Midtown Toronto, preserved the original exterior walls, and rebuilt everything else from the ground up, adding a full second storey, an open-concept main floor, custom kitchen, spa-inspired bathrooms, and a redesigned rear terrace with a natural stone fire pit.

Every finish was chosen with intention. Walnut cabinetry, waterfall quartz, brushed gold hardware, soaring ceilings, and French doors that open to a private backyard. This is what a bungalow looks like when you stop settling for what it was.

Same bathroom, rebuilt from the studs 🔥

Full demolition down to framing, followed by new wall layout, plumbing adjustments, and proper waterproofing throughout the wet areas. Substrate was leveled with careful mudding and taping to create a solid base for tile. Floors and walls were finished with precise tile installation, including a vertical stacked feature wall and a custom niche with quartz panels and mosaic backing. The space was completed with a warm wood vanity, matte black fixtures, a deep custom tub, and an arched mirror with integrated lighting.
