This Banbury-Don Mills neighbourhood.
Black ACM wraps the projecting rooflines, balcony edges and entrance canopy, creating strong architectural frames across the elevation. Between them, Cladmart Dark Walnut Fluted Panels introduce a consistent vertical rhythm through the recessed areas of the facade.

The change in material, orientation and depth helps distinguish each volume while keeping the exterior composition connected.

This custom residence combines crisp architectural forms with a warm material palette to create a timeless contemporary facade. Midnight Black 4mm Fire-Rated Ideabond ACM panels define the rooflines and architectural frames, while Longboard 6” V-Groove siding and 2” × 6” Snap-In Battens introduce warmth, texture, and depth.

A standout feature is CladStyle’s proprietary Seamless ACM Drip-Edge Capping, engineered to wrap the parapet walls with clean, uninterrupted lines while maintaining a refined architectural finish. Every transition, alignment, and reveal was carefully coordinated to deliver a facade that appears simple—but is built with precision.

A commercial facade refresh built around brand presence, material coordination, and durable exterior detailing.

This project used corporate-finish ACM panels and custom pre-finished aluminum plates to create a stronger blue facade expression across the tower element and key entrance areas.

The ACM panels support the building’s refreshed corporate identity, while the heavier aluminum plate detailing was used for areas that required greater rigidity, durability, and long-term performance.

The scope came down to coordination: panel layout, material transitions, canopy conditions, curtain wall interfaces, fabrication accuracy, and clean installation across the exterior.

Scope included project coordination, design assist, panel layout, material supply, fabrication, and installation.

A warm modern residential facade built around clean panel alignment, hidden entrance detailing, and natural wood-look contrast.

This project combines 4mm fire-rated ETT Tan Alpolic USA ACM/MCM panels with CladMart Rosewood fluted composite panels to create a refined exterior with warmth, depth, and clean modern lines.

The entrance and garage areas were coordinated so the fluted panels and surrounding ACM surfaces read as one integrated facade composition. The result is a cleaner hidden-panel expression, with sharp transitions and consistent alignment across the front elevation.

This project combines Off-White and Midnight Black Ideabond ACM panels with Cladmart fluted composite panels to create a refined black-and-white exterior expression.

At the front, the black fluted panels were coordinated with the garage door to create a cleaner hidden-door effect, while ACM panels define the sharp returns, soffit lines, and angled exterior conditions.

The work comes down to coordination: panel layout, material transitions, fabrication accuracy, and installation alignment across the full facade.
