In honour of my father, Mel Steinberg, I would like to dedicate this post to him. Today he would have been 80 years old if he were still alive.

I grew up idolizing this man. He had his own automotive supply business. I used to go with him to work, driving all around Toronto to different body shops, Mercedes-Benz dealerships, meeting his customers, and they all loved him.

I used to go with my Dad a few times a year to Cleveland, Ohio to pick up a new shipment of clear license plate covers to bring back to Canada. We would then deliver them all to Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Toronto area. Mercedes used our clear cover on all of their new and pre-owned vehicles (they continued doing so for over 30 years).

Now, that same license plate cover, all these years later, is being enjoyed by thousands of people throughout Canada and the USA.

My Dad is my inspiration for Luxe Shield. I only wish he were still alive to join me on this journey because the best is yet to come.
