ON EMBAUCHE: Opérateur de Machinerie Lourde (Merlo / Manulift)

Trees & Beyond à Saint-Lazare s'agrandit. On cherche un opérateur d'expérience pour piloter notre Manulift Merlo. Si vous êtes précis, sécuritaire et que vous aimez le domaine de l'arboriculture, on a un siège pour vous.

Pourquoi nous choisir?
✅ Salaire: 27$ - 40$/hr (selon l'expérience)
✅ L'équipement: Un Merlo performant et bien entretenu. On ne niaise pas avec la mécanique.
✅ Climat: Une équipe de pro, du respect, des BBQs l'été et une ambiance familiale.

Ce qu'on cherche:

-Précision extrême: Tu es doux sur les commandes. On travaille autour des maisons, des arbres et des grimpeurs.

-Fiabilité: Tu arrives à l'heure et ta machine est prête à rouler.

-Entretien: Tu prends soin de ton équipement (inspections quotidiennes, graissage, propreté).

-Esprit d'équipe: Quand la machine est à l'arrêt, tu as de l'initiative et tu aides l'équipe au sol.

Requis:

-Expérience prouvée avec chariot télescopique/Merlo.

-Permis de conduire valide (Classe 3 est un atout).

-Team Player: When the machine is parked, you step up and help the ground crew.

Requirements:

-Proven experience operating a telehandler/Merlo

-Valid driver’s license

🚨 Emergencies don't run on a schedule!

L'autre soir, après une grosse journée de travail, le téléphone a sonné à 17h49.

Cet arbre, complètement pourri et creux de l'intérieur (comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos !), venait de céder et de tomber directement sur des fils électriques basse tension.

Pas de temps à perdre. L'équipe de Trees and Beyond s'est remobilisée en un éclair. À 18h07, le Merlo était déjà en route. 🏗️💨

Nous avons rapidement sécurisé les lieux et retiré les sections dangereuses pour dégager les fils avant la nuit, puis nous sommes revenus à la première heure le lendemain matin pour faire un nettoyage complet.

Un grand merci à notre équipe pour leur rapidité et leur dévouement. Si vous avez un doute sur la santé de vos arbres, n'attendez pas qu'ils tombent ! Restez en sécurité. 🌳⚡

The other night, right after wrapping up a full day of work, the phone rang at 5:49 PM.

This tree, which was completely hollowed out and rotting from the inside (just look at those photos!), had snapped and landed directly on low-tension power lines.

No time to waste. The Trees and Beyond crew jumped right back into gear. By 6:07 PM, the Merlo was rolling out. 🏗️💨

We quickly secured the site, safely lifted the most dangerous sections off the lines before dark, and scheduled the rest of the full clean-up for first thing the next morning.

Huge shoutout to the team for pivoting so fast. If you're ever unsure about the structural integrity of your trees, don't wait for gravity to do the work! Stay safe out there. 🌳⚡

Aujourd'hui, on prend un moment pour célébrer les fondations de tout ce qu'on bâtit : les mamans.
