Trade secret!
Set your top plate inside your ICF a little with your anchor bolts installed in the plate already! We love this way and it makes the walls straighten so nice! We learned this trick from Harvey at SuperForm Products Ltd.
Additional bonus: it protects the concrete if you pour in cold weather!
