After working with different GPS suppliers over the years, we installed our first Sveaverken autosteer system two years ago—an F100 in this Case IH 7130 Magnum.

Two years later, the system continues to be used for all tillage and planting work, including planting corn, using WAAS and PPP correction.

PPP offers greater accuracy than standard WAAS without requiring an RTK base station or RTK subscription. For many farming applications, it provides the accuracy and consistency needed for day-to-day field work while keeping the setup simple and cost-effective.

And the results speak for themselves — the corn pictured here was planted using this system.

Since then, we’ve continued to expand our precision-ag offerings and help farmers find guidance solutions that fit their equipment, their operation and the level of accuracy they actually need.

We had a great couple of days at the Hastings County Plowing Match & Farm Show!

It was great getting out, meeting so many farmers, fellow vendors and lots of new faces. We had some great conversations, got to show off some of the systems we offer, and connect with people from across the farming community.

A big thank you to the Denyes family for hosting, the Hastings County Plowmen’s Association, and all of the volunteers who put so much time and work into making an event like this happen.

Thanks as well to everyone who stopped by the South Bay Farm Service booth to chat, ask questions, climb into the tractor or check out the GPS systems. We really enjoyed meeting you!

This T7.200 is headed off to its new home after being sourced specifically for great clients.

We outfitted it with a Sveaverken F100 auto steer system to set them up for a productive season ahead.
