After removing the windshield from the IH truck it turned out the roof was in need of repairs. Without replacement parts available for this truck they had to be made. Lots of compound curves that rolled into the windshield trim area. Small slow progress but it’s coming along nicely

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with your project at home start with small repairs. Make your self a template, transfer it to patch panel, get the hammer and a block of wood out and start shaping in into place. This roof section was showning signs of rot so it had to be replaced. Make small cuts and try to keep joints as tight as possible. And if you fail, take that as free education and start again.
