To showcase our PD skills, our team developed 4 custom powdered concepts that demonstrate different formats, flavour profiles, and applications:
🥭 Solar Flare – Mango Tamarind Smoothie
Sweet mango, tangy tamarind and lime, and a touch of heat. Pumpkin seed aka because tradition matters. Also, featuring oat milk powder for light creaminess that’s not too heavy.
✨ Liquid Gold – Saffron Golden Broth
A warming savoury broth with buttermilk for depth and freeze dried shallots, ginger, garlic, turmeric and of course saffron. Pea peptides and micro-greens for extra nutrition. We like this used in risotto.
🍄 Dark Matter – Umami Mushroom Miso Soup
Deep, rich umami bomb flavours designed for ultimate comfort. Wild mushrooms, seaweed ACV, miso, chives. Only for the serious foodie.
🥜 Ground Zero – Cocoa Peanut Butter Banana Porridge
Just add water! A nourishing breakfast that’s cocoa forward with peanut and banana dancing in the background. Buckwheat, rice, and millet will leave you feeling full & happy.
