Every single time I see an 80's or 90's compact pickup, I think about how much I miss that size of truck. This 1983 Ranger at Kenny U-Pull LaPrairie is the perfect example: regular cab, longbox, 5-speed, 4x4. Just the perfect combination of practical and rugged in a useful, compact size. 🐜

With the current crop of midsize trucks (like the Ranger, Colorado, Canyon, and Tacoma) now the size of the full-size trucks from a few decades ago, I really miss a proper downsized body-on-frame barebones pickup like this Ranger. 🛻📸❤

Would anyone else love to see a comeback for this class of mini pickup? 😍🤔

When I saw that this 1995 Nissan Axxess SportWagon had come in to our Kenny U-Pull Ottawa location, I knew I had to come up and check it out! I can't think of when I last saw one of these! Does anyone remember this mini-minivan? 😍😲🤯

The Axxess was never a huge seller in Canada, but back in the 90's and early 2000s you would see them often enough on the roads. Nowadays, however, you almost never see one, and I was glad to discover this one in pretty decent shape and in excellent running condition! 🚗🧰❤

This example has 184,000 kms and fired right up. There is some rust on the rockers and would definitely need an inspection to be sure, but it appears that it might have some life left in it if someone is looking for a nifty, compact family hauler! 👪

Today marks the last Thursday of our Summer Hours for this year! We wanted to thank everyone who took advantage of our longer hours on Thursdays throughout the summer, and were curious to have some feedback. 😎

Who here came out to at least once during our late Summer Hours? Who came instead of coming another day? Who came on a Thursday but wouldn't have come another day? We want to know if having extended hours in the summer months is a plus for you, or if you prefer coming in on the weekend? 🧐🤔🗒

Despite the weather we’re having an awesome time with Circle Back Social & Automotive Club for the ‘East Meets West’ car show today! It looks like the Eastern contingent is actually the more brave one, those Western car fans can’t take the rain! 🤪
