Hello and thank you for clicking the ad, we are a Ottawa based scrap metal business.
Happily, owned and operated by a father, brother, son team.

***Effective Dec 1st when you have 100lb+ of metal for pick up you receive a 5 Dollar Tim Hortons gift card. (if not home we'll leave the card in an envelope in your mailbox/tucked in your front door) Our way of saying thank you *Please note if we don't get the metal, we can't provide the Gift Card. Also Driver will have final say on weight within reason

Please provide your address (unit, buzzer) and we will be reaching out to schedule a date and time slot. An address must be provided to book a pick up. (this is to build our route efficiently) Also a list of the item(s) you need picked up. (pictures as always better)
Additionally, you can provide a contact number (optional)

We offer 2 pick up options:

1st is Free curbside/roadside -
Pick up of metal(s)/appliance(s)/electronic(s)/auto part(s) and or e-waste(laptops, printers, cables ect). On the date have the item(s) curbside or front of the house. Also please have the item(s) marked for pick up "Ray & Sons"

2nd is 100 Dollars CAD+HST for Home Removal - *** Currently not offered
If you need help moving the item(s) no problem ... that where we come in :)
We charge a one-time fee (on arrival) to pick from in your home, business or on your property (ex. backyard) and you will be provided an invoice. We accept cash/debit/credit (debit/credit are provided thru square). Please provide a clear path to the item(s) for the driver on the day of the removal.
*Unlimited items can be picked up provided they have been disclosed and are metal(s)/appliance(s)/electronic(s)/auto part(s) and or e-waste(laptops, printers, cables ect).

3rd is *Free bin service -
For those home owners or business with a bunch of metal (2ton min) we drop a bin and you fill it up at your pace (25 days Max). Then call us once it's full and we take it away *free of charge to you. Accepted items that can be placed in the bin are metal(s)/appliance(s)/electronic(s) and or e-waste(laptops, printers ect) ... not wood, drywall, garbage, pvc piping, other waste items. This service is as simple as call, drop off, fill, call, removal! :) Our Bin Service solution is power by CFT Bins.

*bin service is free provided you reach the 2 metric ton minimum requirement. (Otherwise a 100 Dollars CAD (taxes in) charge will be applied) Also the bin service is free provided you have not exceed the 25 day maximum time limit. (Otherwise a 100 Dollars CAD (taxes in) charge will be applied)
