When an aircraft fuel cap becomes obsolete, finding a replacement can be nearly impossible.

Our customer came to us after searching everywhere for this part with no success. Using the remaining original cap as a reference, we reverse-engineered the design and manufactured a precise replacement that matches the original fit and function.

Stock motor on this wood saw just couldn’t handle the work we were throwing at it. So we swapped it for a more powerful one — and ran straight into the next problem: the original motor cover didn’t fit.
Solution: 3D scan, redesign the cover in CAD around the new motor, print it on the Bambu Lab H2S. Bolts straight on, clean fit.
Same saw, more power, custom shroud — no compromises.
