Ever wonder what our name actually means?
kai (改) — change. zen (善) — good/better.
Kaizen = continuous improvement. Not one giant leap: a hundred small steps, taken every day, that add up to something great.
It's a philosophy, but around here it's also just how we operate:
In the field: Every well teaches us something, and we carry that lesson to the next one.
On the product side: We sweat the small stuff so we continually improve our products.
With our people: We hire good humans, give them real responsibility, and do our best to support what's important to them so they make small changes in the lives around them.
Nobody's perfect. But everybody can be 1% better than yesterday. That's the our whole philosophy here at KWS.
