This machine received a complete transformation, combining a full High & Wide undercarriage conversion with extensive operator protection and machine guarding upgrades designed for demanding work environments.

🔧 Upgrades completed:

• Full High & Wide package
• FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) installed
• Rear window guard installed
• Door guard installed
• Catwalks installed with custom company-logo foot grips
• Stump pan installed
• Belly pan installed
• Factory-style rock guards installed (customer requested)
• Brand new tracks installed
• Blade widened to match the new track stance
• Two heavy-duty blade cylinder guards installed
• Hose extensions installed

Built for the bush. 🤟

This Hitachi ZX135 received a full high & wide modification package designed for demanding forestry and land clearing applications.

A high & wide conversion increases the machine’s stability by widening the undercarriage and raising the machine for improved ground clearance, giving operators more confidence and control in rough, uneven terrain.

The wider stance helps reduce tipping risk while working on slopes, heavy brush, and difficult ground conditions.

This machine was also outfitted with a brand new FOPS package and full guarding throughout, including door guards, window guards, and complete body guarding to protect both the operator and the machine from debris, brush, and impacts in harsh working environments.

To finish it off, we widened the blade, installed a new bolt-on cutting edge, and added heavy-duty blade cylinder guards for added durability and protection on the jobsite.

Custom work is where we excel. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t use cheap imported junk - only quality-built components designed to last and perform in real working conditions.
