This has been SUCH a deep honor to be trusted with your Moms and Dads over the last three years. I truly know what a singing heart sounds like from this business inspired by my Mom, Vera.
I was just diagnosed with ALS/ Lou Gehrigs disease and feel this could start to compromise the safety of my clients,
so today is the last day of
Ask Vera’s Daughter- Friendly Visiting for Seniors.
No worries because I am not one bit worried! I read there are three things needed to heal from this “ terminal illness”
1- nutrition, 2- no toxins 3- a positive attitude. My friends are agreeing with my positive attitude and I know I am half way healed already ! xo Thank you for this excellent, memorable part of my journey – even got Winn in the 50th Christmas parade ! Whaaaaaaat ;)

As you can see in this photo , Winn, Sienna and I had a BLAST as a float in last months parade ! Deb Tymstra was one of the hosts for the Santa Claus Parade's TV coverage. She saw my car and warmly invited me to speak about my company on her TV show! Filming on Feb 10th, 2016 ! VERY flattered !

SO excited!!!!! approved to be in Burlingtons 50th Santa Claus Parade on Dec 6th and placed 9th of 85 floats!! The reason I applied to be in the parade this year? Winn told me to :) She will be my co pilot in the parade -Winn is 96 and still excited by parades, this wil be the first time she has been in one !

Many posting about the importance of simply listening.
My client was in hospital and as I was visiting, we were praising the nurse's care but realizing how busy they are. He said sometimes in the middle of the night he would wake and just want a Jello.- But he said, that's not an emergency for a nurse to add to her list.....
Here he had just fallen asleep and I wondered if he would enjoy what I had laid out on his table as he slept ... no doubt :) he called me that evening to say he got a "real chuckle out of the jello parade" :)

from South Carolina to Canada ! a PERFECT gift for anyone! PLUS the AHHHHdorable baby sets for my 'some day' granddaughter !!! Thank you SOOO much Cindy!!!!!
