I am not a frequent poster.... but when I do, I hope it is impactful.

This post highlights the importance of supporting Canadian-made products and manufacturers in Eastern Ontario. Our company has worked with a variety of industries, including gun manufacturing, hydro generation, automotive, food processing, and more. Our latest innovation is a case-loading packaging design with a production rate of 120 parts per minute. Key features include a reject gate for startup and purging, a reject chute for missed picks, custom end-of-arm tooling with product detection, and a box staging/loading area, with future automation planned to make this solution even more robust.
This design will be approved with a PHSR and CSA sticker for use in Ontario.

We are excited to announce that, after a good year and a half of development, we have launched . This software creates efficiencies in many elements of our business and projects that we manage.
Automated processes help us with:
-Time sheets
-RFQs/procurement/Delivery orders
-Project/Design approvals internally and externally
-Expense reporting and approvals
The information management is amazing. We can also run reports and have the critical data at our fingertips in seconds.
-Project budget reporting
-Resource management
-Project critical design criteria and progress tracking

Since this is a Solidworks product, it integrates with our design software (mechanical, pneumatic and electrical) so BOM management is a live feed, as the designers build out the project. The estimate creation is greatly improved with having the pervious information at your fingertips. Once the estimate is created, then becomes a project, the information is share and communicate to staff via a simple process that kicks the project off.
