🎓Graduate of Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics course (vocational or technical).

🔧𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance
• Perform calibration and verification of instruments to maintain accuracy
• Install/Setup test equipment needed for testing
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all activities
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement corrective actions

📚𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• At least 2 years of experience in instrumentation
• TESDA NC 2 certification in instrumentation or related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work on-site and travel as required
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
strategies.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Prepare and present project reports, including cost analysis and timelines.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects meet quality standards.

📚𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in power utility or engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

🎓BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or any related field

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬:
• Willing to be trained and deployed to project sites for project and services activities
• Physically fit for fieldwork and capable of extended hours during site ex*****on
• Willing to travel or be assigned to project locations as required
• Basic knowledge in reading technical drawings (Automation-related)
• Strong interest in automation systems and commissioning procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of assisting in technical documentation
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and teamwork
• Safety-conscious and open to continuous technical and safety training

• Background in commissioning, automation, or instrumentation projects (power/process industries is an advantage)
• Skilled in loop checking, system integration, troubleshooting, cable termination, and commissioning
• Willing to travel and be assigned on-site
• Physically fit and capable of extended work hours
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective leadership, coordination, and client communication
• Detail-oriented in preparing technical reports, as-built drawings, and completion documents
• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and problem-solving with minimal supervision
• Safety-oriented and compliant with HSE standards (BOSH, LOTO, or Electrical Safety Training is an advantage)
• Adaptable to project demands and able to perform under pressure

• Support site surveys, mobilization, and equipment prep
• Maintain tools and follow SOPs and safety protocols
• Apply engineering fundamentals and CAD tools
• Collaborate with senior engineers and field teams
• May be assigned other tasks as the superior deems necessary

📚 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering
• Internship in power plant or servicing company preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and AC/DC concepts
• Familiar with standard electrical codes and industry practices.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
