Eurostaete's modular façade, supplied by façade expert TGM, not only facilitated a swift installation process. It also extends the building's lifetime, as the elements can be easily repaired, retrofitted or reused with minimal effort. Not only does the tower look great, it actually contributes to a more circular city landscape, providing 479 apartments and a dynamic commercial section for the rapidly growing urban population of Eindhoven.

The Rohan City A1 office building is a striking concept by developer SEKYRA GROUP and architectural firm AI – DESIGN. As part of the rejuvenation of the Karlín district in Prague, the new social meeting hub is located in a green area of the city and respects the existing urban setting.
