🏗️ CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT SERIES — PART 01
📝 কাজ শুরু করার আগে Engineer-এর প্রথম কাজ কী?
অনেকেই মনে করেন—Engineer-এর কাজ শুরু মানেই Drawing → Excavation → Foundation।
❌ আসলে না।
একটি Building Project-এর সঠিক শুরু হয় Construction শুরু করার আগেই।
🔹 01 | Understand the Project Client-এর requirement, building use, floor সংখ্যা, approximate area ও project scope বুঝতে হবে।
🔹 02 | Check the Land & Site জমির অবস্থান, access road, surrounding buildings, existing utilities, drainage ও site condition দেখতে হবে।
🔹 03 | Survey & Site Information Proper site survey করে boundary, level/elevation ও important reference points সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
🔹 04 | Soil Investigation Foundation design-এর আগে soil condition ও bearing characteristics সম্পর্কে নির্ভরযোগ্য তথ্য প্রয়োজন।
🔹 05 | Design Team Coordination Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & other required disciplines-এর কাজ শুরু থেকেই coordinate করতে হবে।
🔹 06 | Approval & Documentation প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমোদন, drawings, specifications ও project documents ঠিকভাবে প্রস্তুত করতে হবে।

Owner responsibility, authorized technical personnel, required permits, progressive work information, site safety এবং completion documentation-এর বিষয়ে Code-এ requirements রয়েছে।
