Spectrum Engineering Consortium Limited is hiring an Electronic Assembly Plant Manager with 3-5 years of operations experience
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end operations of our electronic manufacturing facility, with a strong focus on electric meter assembly and production. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, strong leadership capability, and proven experience in managing production, quality, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across an assembly plant.
Key Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in electronic manufacturing or assembly operations
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in plant/factory/production operations
- Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole assembly, testing, calibration, and inspection
- Experience in electric meter manufacturing or similar electronic product lines is a plus
- Strong skills in team management, production planning, quality control, and process improvement
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day plant operations
- Achieve targets for quality, quantity, and delivery
- Lead production planning, manpower allocation, and line supervision
- Improve productivity, reduce defects, and ensure process compliance
- Coordinate with quality, R&D, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams
- Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives
- Cooperate with our technology partner Cybernetics Hi-Tech Solutions Ltd.
