BRAC University ACM Student Chapter ACM is the world's oldest and largest educational and scientific computing society.

Early in January 2010, the BRAC University ACM Student Chapter was chartered by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).Today we represent the first and only Student Chapter of the ACM in Bangladesh. Objective of the student chapter are to bring all the people together who shares common interest in computers, this includes students, faculty and staff in all field at BRAC University; to incre

ase the student's practical knowledge of the field by obtaining speakers from computer-related occupations; and to give members an opportunity to participate together in functions of non-academic nature. Since 1947 ACM has provided a vital forum for the exchange of information, ideas, and discoveries. Today, ACM serves a membership of computing professionals and students in more than 100 countries in all areas of industry, academia, and government.
