ADG Engineering is a Civil Engineering service company that provides architectural and civil engineering services including architectural plans, interior design, structural design, construction, property development, and materials supply. Our headquarters are located in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality control checks, managing contractors and site staff, and communicating with architects, clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
On-site experience in architectural and civil engineering projects
Effective Communication skills to liaise with contractors, architects, clients, and other stakeholders
Quality control and project management skills to ensure that the projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standards
Structural Engineering skills to design and analyze structural elements and components of buildings and other structures
Civil Engineering skills to design, plan and manage construction projects of buildings, roads, bridges, water supply systems and sewage systems
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field/ Diploma in civil engineering with 5 years construction experience
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools and construction software is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential
