We are urgently alerting our community: A fake business is impersonating us on Facebook. Please read carefully and share to help spread the word! 📣

We’ve received multiple emails from people asking about orders with numbers starting with “CG”. These are NOT from us!

If your order number starts with “CG”, unfortunately, you’ve likely purchased from a scam website impersonating our brand.

🚫 We are in NO WAY affiliated with: https://www.carguardco.com

We’ve attempted to call the number listed on the fake Carguardco website and it redirects to a car rental business in the Whitsundays.

This is not an Australian business and may not even be a legitimate online store.

📢 We’ve reported this impersonation to ScamWatch and the case has been escalated to the appropriate Australian Government departments.

💬 Please be vigilant when shopping online. Here are some simple ways to spot potential scams 👇

🔍 1. Look for an ABN:
All legitimate Aussie businesses should list their ABN (usually found in the footer of the website). If it’s not there, it’s a red flag. 🚩

🌏 2. Check the domain:
Most genuine Aussie businesses use “.com.au” domain names. If a website ends in just “.com” or something else, be cautious — especially if it’s claiming to be Australian.

📞 3. Try calling them:
Real Aussie businesses (like us!) are proud to be accessible. We answer our phones and are happy to help. If you can’t reach a real person, that’s another warning sign.
