One build out, the next build in 🔧

This 735 Cat Moxy rolled through the doors looking seriously worse for wear — but that’s nothing a full rebuild can’t fix.

The front frame has been completely stripped and is now being rebuilt from the ground up. Out the back, it’s getting plenty of attention too — from diff and wheel-end rebuilds, complete suspension replacment right through to a full re-hose.

Big job, but that’s what we’re here for 💪

She’s back from blast & paint and looking better than ever 👌

Now the fun part begins — reassembly is underway and we’re bringing this machine back to life piece by piece. Always a good feeling seeing fresh paint go back together into something serious.

Got pretty lucky on this one.

While checking filters and screens, we came across a failed bearing cage—the pump drive gear bearing was the culprit.

Replaced the bearing and the transmission is now back on track to reach its planned service life.

It’s been a flat-out few weeks in the workshop 🔧
We’ve got a 16M grader in from an exciting new customer undergoing some major repairs, and the boys have been putting in big hours to get it done on time 💪

Just a few things on the job:
• Full cab refurbishment
• Engine replacement
• Transmission repair
• Complete re-hose
• Tandem repairs
• Frame repairs
• Full machine blast and paint
…and the list goes on.

By the time we’re finished, this machine will be looking and feeling brand new 👌
