The perfect beginner exercise to me is the squat- its super easy and gives you amazing results. If your able to sit on a chair or a couch then you can do these. Honestly you would be amazed at how many you do a day! Squats help tone up your: gluteus (butt), quadriceps (front of your thigh), hamstrings (back of your thigh), abductor ( groin), hip flexors and your calves (back of your leg below the knee). NO equipment needed, to make it easier you can even put a chair behind you and squat onto the chair just make sure you don't actually sit :P
