Our latest Precise Edge Extension™-90 RAIL is currently undergoing field validation, and the upgrades are substantial.

Optical Alignment Windows — Integrated sight-line apertures running parallel to the track axis enable real-time visual calibration during positioning, significantly reducing angular deviation on long-run applications.

Magnetic Anti-Slip System — Embedded rare-earth magnets provide continuous lateral retention force, eliminating micro-displacement caused by vibration or thermal expansion — a common failure point in high-cycle environments.

+10mm Extended Travel Per Axis — Additional clearance on both axes improves adaptability to non-standard geometries and tighter tolerance setups without requiring fixture repositioning.

Cross-application compatibility remains fully intact. The Precise Edge Extension™-90 RAIL continues to excel in structural steel fabrication and civil engineering, with no changes to its core interface geometry or load ratings.
