It’s been a very large learning curve for the company since embracing the new technology of laser cutting and as toolmakers and metal stampers not having to build tooling to make profiles is a constant amazement.
These pics are some of the interesting jobs we have done over the last couple of weeks.
20mm mild steel 10mm stainless to name a few.

Laser cutting technology never stops amazing me.
This is a test piece 100x100 0.9mm ss
1mm holes with 1 mm spacing.
We were not sure if it was possible but we are very happy with the results.
Now to make one 1850mm long.
