Congratulations to Christopher Geerligs on celebrating 10 incredible years with TNA!

Based in Germany, Chris has spent the past decade delivering exceptional aftermarket support to customers across Europe, always bringing expertise, dedication and a positive attitude to every challenge.

Known for his reliability, professionalism, willingness to go the extra mile and great sense of humour, he is someone both customers and colleagues enjoy working with. Whether supporting customers in the field or representing TNA at industry events like interpack, he simply gets on with the job, tackling every challenge head-on and always seeing it through.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys football and going to the gym, although he jokes that TNA is his full-time hobby!

Most people don't associate a clarinet player with assembling industrial food manufacturing equipment, but that's exactly what makes our people interesting.

Meet Hannah Dainty, Apprentice Mechanical Assembler at TNA's UK manufacturing site.

Her day starts before sunrise and includes everything from team huddles and machine assembly, to learning new skills and tackling challenges she's never faced before. Two years into her journey with us, she's already building confidence and taking on increasingly complex assemblies.

As we continue to celebrate the talented people behind TNA, we're proud to support the next generation of women pursuing careers in STEM, helping shape the future of the food processing and packaging industry.

We recently contributed to Packaging Insights' latest Special Report exploring the trends shaping the future of snack packaging.

As our Group Product Innovation Manager, Simon Hill, highlights, snack packaging is being shaped by a complex mix of consumer and operational demands. Manufacturers are balancing growing demand for convenience, portion-controlled formats and greater product variety, while also responding to cost pressures and evolving consumer expectations.

At the same time, they are looking for more flexible, high-throughput packaging systems that can efficiently manage a wider range of products and pack formats without increasing complexity on the factory floor.

With smaller pack sizes, multipacks and limited-edition products becoming more common, the ability to deliver greater flexibility and throughput is becoming increasingly important for snack manufacturers.
