2025… What a year.
A year of growth, achievements, and milestones for our team. 📈

💥 Friday Update 💥

Sorry for the hiatus, however here are some cool projects we have been working on.

First of all is the biggest one to date, our first high profile job. Working alongside FRW Industrial to deliever some major steel remediation works on the Old Iron Bridge on the ABT Railway. Removing old plates and coming up with a simple future-proofing solution. We were tested with wild weather conditions but working alongside great people made it easy.

For any outside of the ordinary jobs with tough access, you cannot go past FRW Industrial, the level of expertise & experience is unmatched. Now with very exciting product they have just acquired “V-Deck” this job was made 200% easier. Thankyou Dave, Steve & Team.

Second on the list, and not any less exciting is our new implement trailer made for a customer. We must admit we’re absolutely chuffed with it, came up better than we had expected. Based on a 20ft container base, we have done some major modifications. Fitted with hydraulics to lower and raise the base & steel the rear axel. All coated in a 2 Pac paint, all done in house with the exception of plumbing up the hydraulics thanks to the top notch work of Ashley Aiken.

Also below we have a custom set of lightweight ramps we designed and fabricated to be able to load our truck onto a train wagon. Rated to 10t, they will now be an asset for the client.

We have also been reinvesting into the buisness, deveploping our forst of hopefully many weld procedures, new 100T hydraulic press, Pipe notcher, magnetic base drills and plenty more. Gearing up to broaden our capabilities even more.

🔥 Friday Update 🔥

Another great week here at TPW…. Have a look at some of the stuff we have been up too!

We have fabricated and fitted a frame for this generator so it can be mounted on a spud bin trailer, great tidy little number we think. Solid! 🥔👨🏼‍🏭🔧

Then we had an opportunity to design and supply a custom aluminium fuel tank, false wall and a mount for an arrow board all to be fitted on a brand new canopy! We love it when a customer has a vision and we’re able to make it happen! What are your thoughts? 🔩⛽️🚜

Finally we had a Ute tray dropped off to us for a bit of TLC, it got the full Tas Precision birthday! Even fabricating custom under tray tool box to house all the components for a hiab, we will share a final photo when all is fitted.

🔥 Friday Update 🔥

2nd week in a row…. this hasn’t happened in a while. ⚒️🔩

First up, we have a scrap steel bin that we worked on over a couple of months. Boy was this thing in rough shape when it was bought to us. It recieved a full TPW birthday… who said you can’t polish a turd? 💩💎🔧

We have recently worked on a drill rig, specifically an aluminium mast. Thos was job very new to us, but very happy with the final result. ⚙️🔥🚀

How about this for a cat playground…. Or Lion? 🤯 designed, fabricated, painted & roofed…. We do it all. 🐈😺

And finally for this week, we have some harvester repairs. Bit of pre-season work making sure everything is in working order. 🥔🚜

🔥 FRIDAY late… UPDATE 🔥

First cab off the rank…. We have a structural steel job we were involved with. Fabricating and installation of a new beam, cut & press some clamping brackets & repair of a damaged column. 🔩⚒️⛓️‍💥

A Spray Unit was bought into us for some pretty major repairs, which involved a full breakdown uncovering some pretty big demons… we fabricated and rectified all issues and got it back up and running in no time! 🌻🚜

A big birthday on a boiler with including replacing and repairing a bunch of the tubes. Being involved with the refractory process, something completely new to us. 💧👨🏼‍🏭⚒️

We have so much great stuff to share with you guys, here is just a snippet for now, will be getting back to regular posts. Keep your eyes peeled, and again thankyou for the support. ❤️🔥👷🏻‍♂️

💥 Friday Update 💥

It’s been a while but thats not due to lack of work… here is some of the stuff we have been up to. 👌🛠️

First up we have a trailer that was dropped off to us, the client wanted his battery operated hiab fitted and an outrigger. Came up a treat! 📸🛞🛠️

An urgent repair on a spud harvestor Diablo, late hours of a Saturday night this one was… anything to keep our valued customers happy! 🚛🥔

Some landing legs fitted plus a new platform. 🥔🚚

Also some structural steel work, off to get a lick of paint then hopefully we will be installing next week. 💥⛏️🎨

We have also being playing actual Boilermaker, working on a Boiler that is in desperate need of repair. We have removed a section of the furnace then cut, pressed, fitted & welded a new section in. 🚀🔥💧

Plus kicking goals down at Rosebery, getting the job done. Almost completed the seconds feeder we have been involved in. 👨🏼‍🏭👷🏻‍♂️⛏️

Then most importantly, a little special Mother’s Day present for 2 of the special people in our lives.. pretty chuffed how they turned out! 🌼🌻❤️

💥 Friday Update 💥

Sorry all for being slack keeping up with these posts, here is a collection of some of our recent work. 🛠️🚀📸

First up we have a flat top set for a 40ft Skel. Designed, Manufactured & Supplied all In house. Very happy with how it has turned out. 🚛🚜📸

Second we had a Ute come in for a big facelift. Including and custom lockable cage canopy wrapped in a heavy duty canvas cover supplied by Nigel Nigel Gillie Upholstery. Some bar work installed, under tray tool box & a bit of work on the tray. 🛻🚨🛞

We also had a small structural steel job for some house Reno’s, we love when everything goes to plan like this job did. Even using our truck hiab to erect it. 🏗️ 🛻🚛

Well it’s been a bit different this week, getting jobs done around the workshop and catching up on things we haven’t had time to do. 🥳🥳🥳

We have also done our first cage lockable canopy, very happy with how it turned out. Ready for its canvas! 🛻

Some harvestor repairs out in the spud paddock to keep them rolling. 🥔👌

Also some maitenace at the local factory. 🛠️✅
