🔥 NEW PROJECT ALERT 🔥

RipShift Performance has officially taken on another project!

This time it's an E46 that will be transformed into a dedicated drift car, but it won't just be a track toy. This build will also serve as our in-house R&D and prototype testing platform for new products and components currently under development.

The goal is simple: build a reliable car that can be driven hard, abused on track, and used to validate parts in real-world conditions before they make their way to our customers.

We'll be using this project to test and refine new ideas, prototype components, wiring solutions, transmission control systems, and future product offerings while building a capable drift machine at the same time.

This won't be a show car (in our eyes it will be 🤔🫣), It's being built to be driven, pushed to its limits, broken, improved, and driven again.

Follow along as we document the build from start to finish, including fabrication, wiring, tuning, product development, track testing, and plenty of tyre smoke along the way.

Big things are coming. Stay tuned. 👊

Too many restorations focus only on what you can see… shiny paint, nice wheels, clean interiors.

At RipShift Performance we believe the underbody protection and restoration work is just as important as the exterior finish — especially on cars that are actually going to be driven hard.

Rust prevention, chassis protection, proper sealing, coating and attention to detail underneath the car are areas that often get completely overlooked in many builds.

That’s why our project is being built in-house from the ground up. No shortcuts. No covering things up. Just proper workmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire build.
