Sydney, we are officially OPEN for business! ✨

It’s been an interesting (and challenging!) journey setting up our new interstate branch, but we are officially operational and hosting customer demonstrations! 🛠️

Today we welcomed our first local customer into the Sydney factory to check out our CNC press brakes and guillotines. Having a local footprint already makes serving our clients so much easier.

From Brisbane to Sydney to Melbourne... the post-exhibition road trip is officially underway! ✈️💼

After an incredible AMW expo in our hometown of Brisbane, we on the move this week across Australia to visit the amazing customers who dropped by our booth with genuine inquiries.

Today was all about catching up with our Sydney branch and local clients. Tomorrow, we landing in Melbourne!

People often tell us that exhibitions are too expensive and a total waste of time. Expensive? Yes, definitely. A waste of time? Never! In fact, some of my best customers bought machines years after first spotting us at an expo. 🛠️

We are officially putting together our newest addition: the brand-new Accurl Masterline ML-X Series 12kW Laser! 🚀This machine is an absolute powerhouse and a huge step forward for the laser cutting industry. It is packed with major upgrades over the previous generation, but here are the two big ones we are most excited about:⚡

Next-level speed across the gantry and cutting cycles.🤖 An all-new servo-driven change table for ultra-stable lift and fall functionality—meaning better stability and long-term reliability.

Our latest container from IMET, the renowned Italian manufacturer of high‑precision metal cutting bandsaws, has just landed on our floor — and one machine in particular is already turning heads: the KTEC 652 Fully Automatic Mitre Bandsaw.

This model arrives equipped with an extensive range of optional upgrades designed to maximise ease of use, accuracy, and productivity. Featuring a ball‑screw and servo‑driven downfeed, the KTEC 652 gives operators access to IMET’s automatic parameter system and an expandable internal material library, allowing users to customise cutting parameters to suit their specific applications. Additional options include controlled blade‑guide movement and full management of the unloading device.

We’ve also added the High‑Performance Package, which includes a 41 mm blade, a larger motor, hydraulic blade tensioning, and a bundle‑cutting device — all engineered to deliver superior cutting performance and extended blade life. The saw also supports offline programming and offers mitre cutting up to 60° left and right.

A premium, fully‑featured solution built for serious production environments. Excited to see this one in action on our showroom floor.

This year at the AMW exhibition in Brisbane, we’re taking a more interactive approach — one that gives buyers the freedom to explore at their own pace, access information instantly, and engage with our sales team only when they are ready.
Over the years, we’ve noticed a shift in buyer behaviour.

Many visitors feel apprehensive about approaching a stand because they don’t want to be approached immediately by salespeople. They prefer to browse quietly, get a feel for what’s relevant to them, and only start a conversation once they’ve identified something of interest. Our new approach aligns perfectly with how today’s buyers want to interact.

To support this, we’ll have touchscreen stations across our stand where customers can view videos, brochures, and detailed information about the machines we’re exhibiting. If they’re looking for a different size or model, that information will also be available for them to explore. And of course, our experienced sales team will be on hand whenever they’re ready to talk.

After AMW, this interactive experience will be carried over to our factory showroom, with content tailored to the machines we have on display. This will elevate our upcoming open days and create a smoother, more engaging experience for our customers.
