There’s nothing quite like the crunch of a freshly cut pork roll. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and bloody hard to beat.

No music needed for this one, just the sound of a proper good roll doing its thing. 👌

🔥 SURF & TURF DONE RIGHT! 🥩🐟

Who said you need to choose between steak and seafood? Why not have both! 🤤

A beautiful thick-cut scotch fillet alongside some salmon, seasoned with garlic butter rub and seared in a ripping hot cast iron pan with beef tallow. That crust was something else! 🔥

On the side, some fresh broccolini and asparagus, lightly blanched before getting a quick sear in the pan, then finished with a dusting of BBQ grilling salt.

And because every good steak deserves a little something extra, a dollop of mustard to bring it all together! 👌

These little beauties have finally landed, and we’ve already had a few questions rolling in! 👀

So here’s a quick rundown of what makes our new Jet Firelighters so bloody good! 💪

🔒 Safety Lock: Stops accidental ignition when you’re not using it.

🌈 Colour-Changing Flame Guard: Changes colour with heat! It won’t last forever, but you’ll get plenty of use out of it.

⛽ Refillable: We recommend Weller Professional Butane from Jaycar for the best results, but Samba Butane from Bunnings will do the trick too!

🔥 Serious Flame: Forget those pathetic little flames from your average supermarket lighter. These things mean business!

That colour though… 👀🔥

Rolled pork loin, smoked over apple wood until it picked up that beautiful deep mahogany colour, then sliced up nice and juicy to finish the reel.

🥩 Pork from
🌶️ Seasoned with Pork Priest
🔥 Cooked indirect using the Offset Plate
🍎 Apple wood for smoke
🔥 Red for fuel

Simple cook, bloody good result.

That smoke colour on the outside was absolutely unreal, and the pork stayed beautifully juicy through the middle. 👌
