Last week we were proud to welcome Michael Hilti – Honorary Chairman of the Hilti Group and a member of the founding family behind the global business we are today – to our new Head Office. The team came together for an official ribbon-cutting and company town hall to mark the occasion.

What made the day truly memorable were the great conversations and stories shared, bringing to life Hilti’s journey from a small family business to a global leader. Hearing firsthand reflections on our past, values, and key milestones was both inspiring and grounding.
