Bhagwan Marine has been shortlisted for Best Project Outcome and Best Example of Project Planning at the Australian Decommissioning & Abandonment Awards 2026.

To be shortlisted in both categories is particularly meaningful to our team. More than 25 years of involvement throughout the lifecycle of offshore assets gives us a depth of understanding that continues to shape our approach to decommissioning.

Leading a major offshore decommissioning campaign means taking responsibility for how every part of the operation comes together. It demands the experience to anticipate how each decision affects the outcome, the judgement to manage interdependencies and the leadership to bring specialist expertise together here in Australia, orchestrating the campaign from detailed planning through to safe ex*****on.

We thank the judges for this recognition and Chevron Australia for the opportunity to deliver a project of this scale and significance, and for their continued trust in Bhagwan Marine.

The project demonstrated the strength of Australian expertise and what can be achieved through close collaboration.

We’re proud of our team and everyone who contributed to this delivery. We also congratulate our partners and specialist contractors shortlisted across this year’s award categories.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭

Earlier this month, members of the Bhagwan Marine management team spent time at BMA (BHP Mitsubishi Alliance) Hay Point Coal Terminal, connecting with our Riverside Marine team and seeing our operations within one of Australia’s major coal export supply chains.

Following the journey from rail unloading through to shiploading provided a great perspective on the scale and complexity behind the export process - and the important role our marine operations play in supporting movements at the terminal.

The visit provided an opportunity to spend time aboard one of the tugs and with the people behind the operation, sharing knowledge and strengthening connections across the broader Bhagwan Marine Group.

From rail to sail, it’s a great example of the people, capability and teamwork supporting Australia’s major industries.

We’re pleased to announce that Bhagwan Marine has secured a new multi-year Contract with a global Tier 1 Energy company for the deployment of the Riverside Guardian.

The award marks another important milestone following the acquisition of Riverside Marine and demonstrates the opportunities and revenue synergies being created across the combined business.

Bhagwan Marine (ASX: BWN) is pleased to announce the release of its FY26 results, marking a year of strong cash generation, disciplined cost management and continued expansion of our growth platform.

FY26 Results highlights include:

• Revenue of $235.9 million
• Revenue growth of 15% p.a. compound annual growth over the past four years
• Safety performance: LTIFR of 0.77
• Net cash from operations of $40.0 million, including three months’ contribution from Riverside Marine
• Total fully franked dividends of 0.8 cents per share, up 60% on FY25

Our competitive advantage lies in the scale of our integrated marine services, unrivalled fleet capability and national footprint. With established operations across Australia, we can respond quickly and support our evolving clients needs.

As part of our growth strategy, Bhagwan Marine completed the acquisition of Riverside Marine on 31 March 2026, bringing together two established Australian marine businesses and adding Riverside Marine’s 100-year history and capabilities.

By combining Bhagwan Marine and Riverside Marine, we are strengthening our collective capabilities and positioning the Group for continued growth.

The acquisition further strengthens our presence across Queensland and Northern Australia, creating a strong platform for future growth. It will also increase Bhagwan Marine’s recurring revenue base to 62% and expand our fleet scale and capability.

After completing a two-year contract supporting John Holland on the Tomago Bypass Project, Kougari is making her way home to Brisbane.

Taking the scenic route after completing work in Port Stephens, another job in Port Macquarie, before heading straight into scheduled works at her home port.
