The award marks another important milestone following the acquisition of Riverside Marine and demonstrates the opportunities and revenue synergies being created across the combined business.

Bhagwan Marine (ASX: BWN) is pleased to announce the release of its FY26 results, marking a year of strong cash generation, disciplined cost management and continued expansion of our growth platform.

FY26 Results highlights include:

• Revenue of $235.9 million
• Revenue growth of 15% p.a. compound annual growth over the past four years
• Safety performance: LTIFR of 0.77
• Net cash from operations of $40.0 million, including three months’ contribution from Riverside Marine
• Total fully franked dividends of 0.8 cents per share, up 60% on FY25

Our competitive advantage lies in the scale of our integrated marine services, unrivalled fleet capability and national footprint. With established operations across Australia, we can respond quickly and support our evolving clients needs.

As part of our growth strategy, Bhagwan Marine completed the acquisition of Riverside Marine on 31 March 2026, bringing together two established Australian marine businesses and adding Riverside Marine’s 100-year history and capabilities.

By combining Bhagwan Marine and Riverside Marine, we are strengthening our collective capabilities and positioning the Group for continued growth.

The acquisition further strengthens our presence across Queensland and Northern Australia, creating a strong platform for future growth. It will also increase Bhagwan Marine’s recurring revenue base to 62% and expand our fleet scale and capability.

After completing a two-year contract supporting John Holland on the Tomago Bypass Project, Kougari is making her way home to Brisbane.

Taking the scenic route after completing work in Port Stephens, another job in Port Macquarie, before heading straight into scheduled works at her home port.

Not a bad view at the office.

Supporting a Global Maritime Milestone

Over the past week the maritime industry has followed the journey of Incat Tasmania Hull 096 as it departed Australia bound for South America aboard Boskalis’ MV Black Marlin.

Bringing together the world’s largest battery-electric ship, designed and built in Tasmania and one of the world’s largest semi-submersible heavy lift vessels, the project showcases Australian shipbuilding, global marine capability and the collaboration required to deliver an operation of this scale.

Before sailing to Hobart to load Hull 096, Black Marlin called into Melbourne. Bhagwan Marine mobilised the Ando and Rhumb Barge to transfer goods including fabricated sea-fastening steel, later used to secure Hull 096 to Black Marlin’s deck for its trans-Pacific voyage.

Thankyou to Wilhelmsen Port Services for the opportunity to support this project. Congratulations to Boskalis, Incat Tasmania, the Port of Melbourne, Tas Ports - Hobart and everyone involved in delivering this milestone.

For Bhagwan Marine, it was a privilege to support a project showcasing Australian innovation on the global stage. Operations like this rely on our experienced local crews, strategically positioned assets and the ability to respond wherever they’re needed across Australia’s ports.

Two years ago today, Bhagwan Marine commenced trading on the ASX with a clear strategy for long-term growth.

Since then, we’ve continued to execute that strategy by expanding our national footprint, strengthening recurring revenue, investing in our fleet and people, and broadening our capability across Offshore Energy, Ports & Inshore and Defence.

The transformational acquisition of Riverside Marine, continued growth in offshore decommissioning and long-term client partnerships have further strengthened our position as Australia’s largest integrated marine solutions provider.

As we look ahead to FY27, we remain focused on disciplined growth, operational excellence and creating long-term value for our shareholders, clients, employees and partners.

On Friday, we marked 100 days since Riverside Marine became part of the Bhagwan Marine Group.

In our first 100 days, we have made significant progress laying the foundations for our future operating model, while our teams have continued supporting our clients and delivering safe, reliable marine operations throughout the country.

Bringing together two Australian-found, family-built marine businesses has united generations of experience, deep regional knowledge and national capability.

Together, we’re building Australia’s strongest marine capability to support our own maritime industry and the industries that rely on it.

Honouring the Traditional Custodians of the places we work, one region at a time.

For the second chapter of BM Across Country, we travel north to Murujuga (Dampier), Pilbara.

The Pilbara has been part of Bhagwan Marine’s journey since our earliest years. In 2009, the acquisition of Dalmarine established our permanent operating presence in Dampier, laying the foundations for what is today Bhagwan Marine Dampier Port Services. Today, Dampier remains one of our key operational hubs supporting marine services across the Pilbara and Australia’s North West.

We acknowledge the Ngarda-Ngarli Traditional Custodians of this region - the Ngarluma, Yaburara, Mardudhunera, Yindjibarndi and Wong-Goo-Tt-Oo people and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. We recognise their enduring connection to Country, culture, community and sea, and the knowledge and stewardship that has cared for this place for countless generations.

This year’s NAIDOC Week theme, 50 Years of Deadly celebrates the strength, leadership and enduring legacy of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people recognising those who came before, those shaping communities today, and the generations who will carry culture and Country into the future.

As we reflect on this milestone, we recognise that our own history in the Pilbara forms only a small part of a much longer story. Through BM Across Country we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the regions where we operate and recognise that every place has a history, culture and connection to Country that long predates our own.

50 Years of Deadly.

Successful project ex*****on, regardless of size relies on the experience and ability to coordinate every aspect of project delivery- from methodology, environmental and regulatory compliance to operational deployment and bringing together the right capability to achieve a safe and environmentally responsible outcome.

The salvage and disposal of FV Torbay has attracted considerable attention in recent weeks. While the recovery is the most visible stage of the project, it represents only one part of the broader project lifecycle from inception through to final disposal.

As Marine and Construction Services successfully finalise the disposal and the project reaches completion, we’d like to thank Julia Routley from C***s Macnish for their continued trust in Bhagwan Marine.

We also acknowledge the regulators, certifying authorities and contractors whose respective roles all contributed to the safe and environmentally responsible outcome of the project.

Finally, thankyou to Andy Larsen, Dinesh Gunasegaran and the broader BM Team for their professionalism and commitment.
