Bhagwan Marine has secured a strategic decommissioning contract at Barrow Island, WA, involving the removal of oil tanker moorings and navigation buoys.

This award represents an entry point into a broader offshore decommissioning program tied to legacy infrastructure in the region.

As Australia moves into a multi-decade phase of ageing oil and gas assets, the contract provides a strong platform to demonstrate capability and deliver scalable, repeatable solutions across offshore basins nationwide.

Finishing strong at EXA - Energy Exchange Australia 2026

EXA 2026 wrapped up today after a busy week on the exhibition floor, with plenty of engagement and discussion around the projects, partnerships and opportunities shaping Australia’s Energy sector.

Today, Peter Carmichael returned to the stage for his second session - Finding Your Future in the Energy Sector, sharing insights with the next generation looking to build a career in the industry.

We are pleased to share that Bhagwan Marine has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Riverside Marine, with completion targeted for 31 March 2026.

Founded in Brisbane in 1926 by the Campbell family, Riverside specialises in the management and operation of approximately 30 diverse vessels, including nine owned, across five established brands.
The acquisition brings together two founder-led businesses with a strong strategic fit, complementary services and a commitment to operational excellence.

This significant acquisition represents a step-change in scale and scope for Bhagwan, strengthening the Company’s position as a preferred marine solutions partner.

We were pleased to provide a trading update ahead of our first half FY26 (1H26) results, which will be released on 26 February.

EBITDA is anticipated to be broadly consistent with core operations in prior periods, reflecting steady activity across the business. The update also highlighted strong free cash flow generation, supporting a reduction in net debt.

Bhagwan Renegade towing the Pilbara 400 to site from our Henderson base WA, supporting early marine works for the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant.

The 31m EuroTug is operating off the WA coast alongside 20m crew transfer vessel Sea Stryder as construction activities commence.

Recent feedback from site has recognised the high standard of ex*****on, professionalism and coordination demonstrated by the Bhagwan Marine Team during the initial phase of works - a solid foundation as this project gets underway.

Bhagwan Marine is supporting the Alkimos Seawater Alliance (Water Corporation, Acciona and Jacob’s)in the delivery of critical water infrastructure for Western Australia.
