Paul dropped in his immaculate Haines Hunter 650R, we stepped in to give this rig a tidy up and Sounder upgrade.

We pulled out the Simrad S5100 and NSS Evo3 for the new gold standard. We paired the FCV-800 with an SCX-20 satellite compass for a perfect bottom return, that’s basically unfair to the fish.

No need to drill new holes. We converted Paul’s existing SS175H and SS175L transducers to play nice with the new Furuno set up.

Swapped the outdated RA70 for the RA670. Better sound and updated interface.

Paul already backs the picture quality on the FCV-800 as the returns are now much more detailed.

We recently wrapped up an electrical update on this Grady White. The goal was to move away from the cluttered factory wiring to a more reliable, organized, and modern power management setup.

Key upgrades:

Distribution: Complete strip-back and rewire with a labeled, fused DC distribution panel.

Charging: Enerdrive 20A 3 Bank charger paired with a 2000W Inverter for reliable AC power away from the dock.

Solar: Victron SmartSolar MPPT integration for efficient battery maintenance.

Management: BEP Digital VSR and AllSpark battery system to isolate start and new house bank, ensuring the engine always has cranking power.

A clean organised vessel is not just about looks but knowing exactly where to look if a fuse blows and having total confidence in your pushing your offshore adventures to the limits.

Long-time loyal customer Steve brought his Key West to the team at Leisure Marine Services for a total revamp tailored to his diving and fishing.

⚙️ We transitioned from twin 115 Yamahas to a single, flagship Suzuki 300 Stealth.

Before the install, we addressed all previous mounting points and applying a fresh run of gel coat for a factory perfect finish.

To perfectly counter the move to a single-engine setup, we installed Humphree Trim Tabs, ensuring superior stability and control.

Seastars crisp hydralic steering made this a pleasure to maneuver

During our final sea trials, this rig performed flawlessly, doing 43 knots at 6000rpm


🛠️We fabricated a fiberglass dash box to house the Furuno TZ Touch XL 13”.

Custom engraved panels were designed and installed for the helm, engine controller, and accessory switches.

Alloy roof fitted with integrated reinforcing, Cushions and seats re trimmed.

⚡Outfitted with a TM275HW Transducer and a Furuno SCX-20 Satellite Compass.

Equipped with Furuno Spot Lock (Fish Hunter drive) with the Suzuki engine, providing Steve with the ultimate in precision positioning and boat control.

Signature Rewire, a complete, top-to-bottom rewire powered by a robust 4-battery system (2x Crank, 2x House).
