Our family found the perfect builder to create our sanctuary—here’s the story of how they truly listened.

They came to us with a challenging block—sandy soil, a steep slope, and protected native trees that most builders would have avoided. But instead of seeing problems, we saw an opportunity to create something truly special.
What we loved most about working with them:
✨ Getting to know the real them: Before we discussed floor plans, we inquired about their weekends and how their family actually lived. That’s how we knew a standard kitchen island wasn't right for them—and designed a layout that’s become the heart of their home.
🌳 Working with nature, not against it: Those beautiful protected trees? We designed the home to capture the winter sun around it, even creating a cozy winter garden that’s now their favourite spot.
💧 Turning a surprise into a feature: Finding an underground spring mid-build could have been a disaster. Instead, we worked together to create a stunning water feature that’s now a unique part of their landscape.
The result? A home that fits them perfectly—down to the morning light in their bedroom, placed just right because we asked about their lazy Sunday mornings.
We’re so proud to have been part of their journey from a muddy block to their forever home.
