Welding the chines to floor sheets. 300mm runs and back stepping. Moving from side to side to disperse heat evenly ensuring that the sides stay straight 😎

Getting closer to completion of hot-works on the X4810! Flipped the hull on its back and prepped for welding. Our boats all have a double continuous weld on all water tight seams keeping the water out and ensuring structural integrity.

Ever wondered how much room there is inside the cast deck storage area in a 4810BA? Heaps! Just welding in a cable tray to route the rigging to the center console!
