This upcoming state-of-the-art facility, designed and constructed by Croft Developments, is currently in the design phase. It will feature a total of 144 beds in a single-level construction, offering large, single rooms and spacious rooms suitable for couples.

- **Comprehensive Care Levels:** Respite Care, Low Care, Ageing in Place, High Care, and a secure dementia unit.

- Variety of room sizes, including twin or adjoining rooms for couples
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms, lounge rooms, and hallways

- On-site kitchen & commercial laundry
- Full CCTV security system and fully networked computer system
- Ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms with king single height adjustable electric hi-low beds
