The Off Road Riptide 20'6 Family Expedition from Deluxe Caravans Australia was built for a family looking for a luxury off grid caravan they could comfortably travel Australia in, without compromising on the look and feel of the interior.

The interior combines warm timber cabinetry, clean white finishes and soft neutral colours to create a space that feels bright, open and comfortable. To complete the interior, Gerflor's Azay Beige was installed throughout the caravan. Its natural timber-look finish worked well with the cabinetry and helped tie the whole space together.

Texline Essence was chosen because it offered the look we wanted while providing a practical flooring solution for life on the road. The Azay Beige finish complements the rest of the interior without overpowering it, creating a warm, welcoming space for customers to enjoy.

61,000 tonnes of material recycled in 2025.

For more than two decades, we've been investing in systems that keep valuable materials in use for longer and out of landfill.

From manufacturing to installation and end-of-life recovery, circularity is embedded throughout the lifecycle of our flooring products.

✅ Production offcuts recycled back into manufacturing
✅ Installation waste recovered from jobsites in 12 countries
✅ End-of-life flooring collected and transformed into new products through closed-loop recycling

We're proud to have exceeded our 2025 recycling target of 60,000 tonnes, reaching 61,000 tonnes recycled in 2025.

Now, our sights are set on the next milestone: 65,000 tonnes by 2030.

⚡​Reducing our carbon footprint means acting at every level, including how we power our factories.

Across the Gerflor Group, solar panels are now up and running on production and logistics sites in five countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, China and France. And the momentum continues, with new installations underway in the United Kingdom, South Africa and France.

Together, these installations cover over 72,000 sqm of rooftops and car park canopies, generating renewable energy consumed directly on-site. We're not stopping there. A further 100,000 sqm of panels are already signed, moving us toward our goal of 40% renewable energy in our mix by 2030.

☀️​ Solar is just one lever among many, alongside our energy efficiency efforts, our shift to recycled and bio-based raw materials, our Second Life recycling program and our local ResiLoop initiatives.
