We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator based in Mount Waverley, Melbourne, to join our team and play a key role in ensuring every order is accurate, safe and delivered on time.

You’re not just moving stock, you’re helping customers get what they need, when they need it. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where teamwork, accuracy and safety are everything.

What you’ll be doing:
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Coordinating dispatch with transport providers
- Managing stock, returns and inventory updates
- Working closely with Customer Service to support our customers
- Meeting KPIs across safety, quality and efficiency

What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- A safety-first mindset and team-focused attitude

The Deakin University School of Engineering upgrade at the Burwood Campus created a modern, high-performance environment for teaching and research. DS Architects selected Gerflor’s Premium heterogeneous vinyl flooring, chosen for its durability, low maintenance and suitability for high traffic laboratory and learning spaces.

The Premium range delivered both performance and design flexibility, with strong resistance to wear, indentation and staining, essential for demanding engineering environments. Its contemporary finishes helped achieve a cohesive and functional interior across the facility.

Close collaboration with ds architects and the contractor ensured smooth delivery despite tight timelines. Flooring plays a disproportionate role due to its scale, frequency of replacement and ongoing maintenance demands. In high-use environments such as healthcare and education, these impacts are intensified by rigorous cleaning regimes and strict performance requirements.

Surface Decisions: A Life Cycle Approach to Low-Carbon Flooring Specification in Healthcare and Education Environments explores how flooring systems influence life cycle carbon outcomes and identifies key design and specification strategies to reduce their impact over time. It considers durability, maintenance and replacement cycles as critical variables in determining long-term environmental performance in high-use environments.

Kaleido Health Centre is a vibrant, community focused healthcare facility designed to deliver a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and staff. The project sought to create a space that goes beyond clinical functionality, integrating warmth, storytelling and durability into the built environment.

As part of the interior fit-out, our thermomoulded Decochoc wall protection panels, deliver a high-performance solution engineered for the rigorous demands of a busy healthcare setting. The Decochoc system was custom fitted and installed to wrap continuously along circulation zones, including nipped wall conditions and vulnerable corners, ensuring complete impact and hygiene protection in treatment rooms. The use of seamlessly folded Z-piece panels as well as high impact corner and door protections eliminate exposed edges, minimises dirt traps and ensures long term asset protection.

Complementing this functional solution, a standout design feature of the project is the Decoprint bespoke mural, showcasing a striking Rainbow Serpent artwork. This culturally significant design introduces a strong visual identity within the space, celebrating Indigenous storytelling and diversity inclusion principles. The mural creates a calming, engaging atmosphere for patients, visitors and staff. Together, the Decochoc panel system and Decoprint mural help create a healthcare environment that balances durability, hygiene and meaningful design to foster a positive and human-centred patient experience.
