Here is a custom fuel tank, with internal baffles, in 3mm aluminium with 5mm brackets. Includes multiple internal welded baffles to manage slosh when cornering.

And here’s what we are making today for the TorqueSlide Commodore - a dry sump tank mounting bracket, and a small custom swirl pot for the top hose. Material is Carbon Fibre Nylon, extremely strong, lightweight, and safe to over 200C.
