This portal 79 series has been one of biggest builds to come out of the shed to date. Modified ARB bullbar to suit +76 highmount, fully custom tray to suit the original canopy, full teardown for a quality wrap from the guys at and the list goes on. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work on this car. Tray features:
Full aluminium construction
4mm flush mount floor
1200mm trundle drawer
Undertray trundle boxes on the rear
Undertray storage boxes up front
60L stainless water tank with electric pressure pump
ARB air compressor
Removable tray sides
Maxilamp tail lights
Powder coated in gloss black
Laser cut headboard paneling

This has been a long time coming but I now have the ability to cut and fold sheet up to 3.2m long and 6mm thick in-house. Less outsourcing means quicker turn around times so it’s a win in my eyes. Thankyou to everyone for the continued support.

Recently did this n80 Hilux. Came up awesome. It’s got a decent size trundle drawer. Tube guards, rear pillar bars and scrub bars and the twin tube and dimple die headboard.
