With nowhere to put the DVD player below the TV, I was asked to whip up some brackets to hold it between the TV and the ceiling. With some quick measurements and a head-scratch later, I threw together the design you see now. With a good fit to hold the DVD player, enough space to still slide it out when needed, and some clever placement of screw holes and cutouts, the design was finished, printed in some nice PETG-CF, and fit on perfectly.

On another episode of 'How did I get here and who is this guy?' I present two of my earliest projects back in 2021.
These projects focused on replacing an older model for educating and training workers on the procedures and use of two products for underground long walls. The first case (pink) shows foam filling a collapsed cavity to keep the remaining roof supported to prevent further collapses. The second case (yellow) is a glue used to avoid collapses along a fractured cutting face.
After putting the parts together into a wood case with a polycarbonate panel and a convenient handle, the cases were good to go, with lessons learned and some great experience to get me started.
