Project Spotlight | Quest Apartment Hotels – Pinkenba 🏨🏗️**

We’re excited to showcase the **Quest Hotel Pinkenba**, a modern three-storey, 40 dual-key room hotel by **Form Plus**, located in Brisbane’s vibrant port precinct.

Positioned right next to one of Brisbane’s oldest pubs, the **Trade Coast Hotel**, this project combines contemporary accommodation with a location rich in local character and history.

We’re proud to have been involved in this project and to contribute our steel framing expertise to a development that will bring a modern accommodation option to the growing Pinkenba and Brisbane Trade Coast area.

With its practical design, dual-key room configuration and convenient location, the Quest Hotel Pinkenba is a great addition to this rapidly developing precinct.

Steel is up, and the vision is taking shape at 23 Thurlby Street, Upper Mount Gravatt for Kat Developers Group.

With the steel framing now substantially advanced, the project's architectural form is becoming a reality. The distinctive curved façade, multi-level structure, and roof framing are now clearly visible, bringing the original design to life.

✅ Ground and upper-level steel wall framing complete
✅ Structural floor systems installed
✅ Roof trusses and roof framing in place
✅ Curved architectural framing progressing
🔨 Structural bracing and detailing ongoing

We're proud to announce the successful completion of our work at The Pavilions, 110 Klumpp Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, delivered in partnership with CS Development Group.

Our team supplied and installed precision-engineered light gauge steel framing for the upper-level structures across all three residential towers. Using prefabricated steel components, we delivered a durable, low-maintenance, and efficient framing solution that supports both modern architectural design and streamlined construction.
