🏗️ From the yard to the workshop floor, a variety of Rolling & Pressing work is continuing to take shape.

Recently completed items include rolled Equal Angles (EAs) and heavy pressed plate components staged and ready for the next step.
Meanwhile, steel pipe sections have been processed through our rolling machines to achieve consistent curves, with heavy-gauge custom-curved pipe clamps also fabricated and tagged for delivery. 🔧📦

It's always satisfying to see a range of components progressing through production and preparing for dispatch. 💪

⚙️ Another batch of quality Rolling & Pressing work is ready to move through the next stage, with plate pressings and checkered floor plate sections now neatly stacked, banded, and prepared for dispatch.

Also progressing through the workshop are heavy-duty metal saddle clamps, precision-bent with smooth curves and manufactured to strict tolerances. 👏

It's great to see these components completed and ready for what's next. 🔩

🔩 Taking shape in the workshop, a range of precision-rolled heavy 16mm steel lobster back segments are stacked and prepared for assembly into large-radius elbow sections.

Alongside them, 6mm agitator cone halves have been cleanly formed and engineered specifically for industrial agitator assemblies, showcasing the quality and precision that goes into every stage of fabrication. 👏

Great to see these components progressing through production. 🛠️

🛠️ Another successfully executed scope has been completed for a new client, with the team delivering a range of MP250 sections in varying quantities and lengths for use with shoring panels.

Weighing in at 11 tonnes, the project is now heading to the paint yard for finishing in the client’s signature Orange. 🎨

A great result and another milestone achieved by the team. 👏

🚛 Another package is nearing completion as we support one of our client's ongoing mine camp builds.

This initial scope includes 85 x 200UB 25 rails, with lengths spanning from 3m to 12m, and a total weight of 18.5 tonnes.
The package has now been dispatched for galvanizing, marking another key milestone in the project. 🔧

A great effort from the team to keep things moving and ready for the next stage. 👏

To help keep production moving, the team executed a quick-turnaround design for an electrical frame tailored specifically for the client. 📐⚡

It's great to see the team responding efficiently to project requirements while maintaining design accuracy. 🙌

⚡ Behind the scenes, our drafting team has been moving fast to keep production supplied with accurate designs for Resupply Poles (132kV & 330kV). 👏

They're currently developing the necessary plate details in the background to help ensure a smooth and efficient production process from start to finish. 📐🔩

Our workshop is operating at full capacity, with multiple transmission pole packages progressing through various stages of production. ⚙️🏗️

From procurement and rolling through to fabrication, welding, non-destructive testing, surface treatment and quality inspections, every project is carefully managed to ensure the highest standards are maintained at every step. 🔩📐✅
