Customer brought in this fence from a table saw that has seen some things and needed it surfaced to stop the wood catching , had to run this on router due to its length, still a few deep gouges in that the customer didn't want to get out

Sweet Aston Martin in for us to make some plates up to protect some vital components from damage as they are about to set off on a big road trip ! With the help of our 3d scanner made designing the cover plates a breeze with everything finning perfectly ! 🤙

Billet plate we designed up to suit a edelbrock hemi intake manifold, the customer was worried the cast piece wouldn't hold up to the boost the twin turbos will supply , also proved a good location to install some sensors . Designed in house , but we called upon the skills of a local CNC machine shop macro machining to mill this out for us as the setup and machine down time for our router wasn't worth it us tackling it in house , couldn't be happier with the results!
This will be going on a twin turbo trackhawk that we have been doing a lot of work on, it will be back in soon to finish up a few things so keep a eye out for that
