Straight off the printer and into the bull bar, had to do a little trim due to a hidden weld in the corner. Happy with the fitment, need to print out an idea for securing it and order some clear ABS.

Toying with the idea of adding a diffuser to the cube lights on the BYD Shark Raid bull bar, even when the lights are pointed to the ground they still have a habit of blinding oncoming drivers when turning.
The aim is to carry on the hexagon pattern whilst allowing a clear printed diffuser to click in behind, aiming for a tool free design and install.

Pumped out a few 3D Scanner marker dice, should hopefully make scanning a bit better, hoping it doesn’t lose tracking as often!

Recently installed a 6-Gang 12v Switch Board under the bonnet of the Shark to control my light bar and spotlights, I used the switchboard to eliminate the need to drill holes in my interior to mount switches. Modelled and printed a couple of brackets that push fit into the gap between the air vents and upper dash board. Pretty happy with the fit!

Wasn’t a huge fan of the centre caps, so separated them and knocked up a blank snap fit disc, happy with how it’s turned out

Been pretty quiet on this page for a while, recently moved, bought myself a stand up desk, and set the Bambu up and filament drier. Printed off a laptop stand too. Hoping to get back into the swing of things and start printing and tinkering again!
