You may notice stone carvings like this in many corners of Bali.

Known locally as Togog, these carved figures are part of Bali’s long tradition of craftsmanship and visual storytelling. Balinese stone carving has been passed down through generations, with artisans carefully shaping each piece by hand and drawing inspiration from mythology, spiritual symbolism, nature, and everyday life.

Traditionally, many carvings were created for temples, gateways, and sacred spaces, while today they can also be found in gardens, homes, hotels, and public areas across the island.

Behind every detail is patience, skill, and a craft that continues to be an important part

This pool is tiled with 30x30mm green sukabumi pool tiles as well as white Palimanan stone copings. 😍😍
